SYNOPSIS... Low pressure will move up the Ohio Valley tonight and slowly
depart the region on Tuesday. A cold front trailing the low will swing
across the area late Tuesday into Tuesday night. Another low pressure
system will pass south of the area Wednesday afternoon and night.
