Locally dense fog will reduce visibilities to a quarter mile in a few locations this morning. Black ice forming beneath the fog will also cause some roads to become slick in spots. Please exercise extra caution when traveling. Visibilities are expect to improve by around noon as temperatures rise toward the lower 30s.
